Son of Charles Henry and Hanna Maria Beanland, of 136, Dame Agnes Street, Nottingham; Husband of Mabel Ellen Beanland, of 22, Grimston Road, Radford, Nottingham. He was a tailor prior to enlisting 14th November 1916 at Nottingham. He went to France 26th Febraury 1917 and was killed in action, 4th April 1917, age 34, in the attack on the German positions at Le Verguier, France.
