Born and lived at Nottingham. Son of Charlotte Moult, of 9 Wilford Road, Nottingham. He was a hosiery machine maker prior to enlisting at Derby. He went to France 8th September 1914 and was killed in action, 20th September 1914, during the German attack on the trenches at Troyon, France.
